Athletes of the Future: Allianz Seguros is one of the companies sponsoring the initiative Athletes of the Future - Brazil-Germany Parasports Fund, promoted by the Brazil-Germany Social and Cultural Institute (ISCBA) in partnership with Esporte Clube Pinheiros. The idea is to promote joint efforts between German and Brazilian companies and institutions to develop parasports in Brazil, promoting sports training and contributing toward social inclusion and professional training of people with disabilities. A total of 18 athletes take part in this initiative, including high-performance athletes and developing talents. The project focuses on the development of young adults who stand out in sports and drives the preparation of Paralympians for major national and international competitions. Through the sponsorship of the Athletes of the Future initiative, three representatives qualified for the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games. They are: André Brazil (swimming), Alan Fonteles (track) and Cláudia Santos (rowing). The company's commitment to Paralympic sports goes even further back: since 2006, the Allianz Group has partnered with the International Paralympic Committee (IPC).

Allianz Seguros Award: Allianz believes that knowledge is the most important tool to change attitudes and, consequently, develops actions that promote journalism. Thus, the company promoted eight editions (in 2005, and from 2007 to 2013) of the International Forum on Insurance for Journalists, and has held the Allianz Seguros Journalism Award for nine years, for printed and online media covering the areas of insurance, sustainability, and education. The award was not held in 2015, since it will exceptionally be held together with the works entered in 2016. The Award considers three aspects: Insurance, Sustainability - Environmental Change, and Education, (the latter was included in 2015 as a result of the partnership with the Ayrton Senna Institute). In this year's edition, more than 2,400 articles were entered by journalists from all over Brazil.
