Brokers: The Business Driver (G4-DMA)

In 2015, Allianz Seguros had a team of more than 12,000 active brokers throughout Brazil, divided into four segments, according to their business potential: Private, Diamond, Emerald, and Topaz. For these partners, the company developed a Relationship Program called AlliadoZ, with a series of benefits such as exclusive events, special promotional discounts, events at Allianz Parque and the Brazil F1™ GP. The idea was for everyone to participate in at least one initiative per year, reinforcing the bonds between the company and its allies.

Allianz Business School: the Allianz Business School (ABS) program, in a partnership with the Fundação Dom Cabral Business School, one of the most renowned in Brazil, had its second edition in 2015, benefiting more than 140 agents with a differentiated proposal focused on professional development of these partners. ABS provides interaction and sharing of experiences between agents from around Brazil, in addition to a meeting with company executives, who share challenges and solutions. The 2015 class also had the opportunity to visit the Ayrton Senna Institute and learn about its work.

Allianz Cup: a traditional event among Emerald agents, the Allianz Football 7 Cup is in its fourth edition in 2015, and had the participation of 3,328 agents in 56 cities throughout the country. The finals brought to the city of São Paulo all regional champions. In addition to promoting interaction between professionals, the competition fosters the practice of sports and socialization between family members of participants.

Driving Academy: Allianz Driving Academy took around 200 agents to have the experience of driving sports cars in a professional race track. In partnership with Eurobike and the Ayrton Senna Institute, the event took place in May 2015 for Emerald and Diamond agents. To drive Audi, BMW, Jaguar, and Porsche models on the race track, guests receive guidance from professionals inspired by the lessons taught by Ayrton Senna.
